The QHMC coordinates, by way of publishing a calendar of events, a number of associated club's major events throughout the year. The following outlines the timing of activities to ensure these events are added to the QHMC Events Calendar.

1. Member clubs review the existing calendar to identify possible dates
2. Member clubs advise the QHMC Events Coordinator, in writing, by email, or the form below of proposed event and dates
3. The QHMC Events Coordinator lists proposed events in the proposed proposed calendar
4. At the next general meeting, the QHMC considers events listed on the proposed calendar for approval and promotion throughout the movement.
5. The QHMC Secretary publishes the approved QHMC events calendar concurrent with the meeting minutes.
6. The QHMC Webmaster published the updated calendar of events on the linked pages below.

The event calendar for each year can be seen by clicking on the years  2011 - 2012 - 2013 - 2014.
The calendars for each year list all Major Rallies, Vehicle displays and Swap the website www.ozswaps.com.au list all major interstate swap meets as well as several Queensland swaps

Note the date of the  IVVVC Bundamba Swap is the 16th October 2011 not the September date that was listed

If your club's events are not listed on the years event calendar, complete the form below to have the event submitted to the webmaster and then listed. Any flyers that you would like included with the event listing should be under 150KB and emailed to the webmaster
